• Seashore Campsites Tips Their Hats to 100 Years of RVing! Seashore Campsites hosted a full day of activities in celebration of the RV Centennial, including the pottery wheel, inflatable obstacle course, mad hatter tea party, decorating centennial top hats, karaoke and dancing that spanned 100 years, hula hoop fun, croquet and monster rock wall climbing representing the climb and steps taken in the progression of RVs. Photos of RVs from 1910-2010 were on display for all to enjoy. HAPPY 100 YEARS FROM SEASHORE CAMPSITES!!!
• "RV Time Machine" Baker’s Acres Campground in New Jersey celebrated 100 years of RVing by hosting a Dixieland Afternoon complete with carnival games and a vintage RV-shaped cake for all to enjoy. Then, two of our camping families put on a skit, titled "RV Time Machine", complete with costumes! The skit depicts three generations with their families, with each father remembering the time he went camping with his father! Thank you very much to everyone who volunteered their time to make this video, including the Carr Family, Joseph VanDenBurg, Jr., our staff and friends, Mike Frazer for video, and Julie Boldridge for our RV Cake!
